I am a third generation Oregonian with 20 years experience in residential real estate sales. My geographic area of focus is SW Portland, including Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Sherwood, Beaverton, Aloha, and the entire Yamhill County region.
I began my career in real estate in Newberg, Oregon. Through the years I have specialized in in-town residential sales, small country acreages, as well as multi-family investment units.
I have assisted a number of investors create their first investment property, as well as facilitated a number of 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
